• Phone number: If you opt in to SMS alerts (Pro plan only)
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe — we never store your card details
• Usage data: Number of AI responses generated per month
• Contact messages: Name, email, and message if you contact us

We do not collect or store:

• Your Google review content (processed locally in your browser)
• Your Gemini API key (stored locally in Chrome's secure storage)
• Your business profile settings (stored locally in Chrome's secure storage)
• Any browsing history or activity outside of our Service

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send SMS review alerts (if opted in)
• To send account-related emails (verification, password reset)
• To respond to support requests
• To improve our Service

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — secure database hosting for account data
• Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• Twilio — SMS delivery for review alerts
• Google Gemini API — AI response generation (your review text is sent to Google's API when you click "Draft AI Response")
• Railway — server hosting

4. Data Security

We take security seriously. Your password is hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Your Gemini API key and business profile data are stored locally in your browser and never transmitted to our servers. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Contact messages are retained for 12 months.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of SMS alerts at any time
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Our website uses minimal cookies — only what is necessary for authentication (storing your login token in localStorage). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
