These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RankSniper ("Service"), operated by RankSniper ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

RankSniper provides a Chrome browser extension and web application that helps business owners generate AI-powered responses to Google reviews. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Violate Google's Terms of Service or any applicable platform policies
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or business
• Share your account credentials with third parties

2. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

3. Subscription and Payments

RankSniper offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription at $29/month. By subscribing to Pro, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

4. AI-Generated Content

RankSniper uses the Google Gemini API to generate review responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated responses are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before posting
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated responses
• You are solely responsible for any content you post to Google or any other platform
• You must comply with Google's review response policies when using our Service

5. SMS Alerts

Pro subscribers may opt in to receive SMS alerts via Twilio when new reviews are posted. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from RankSniper. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by contacting us or replying STOP to any message.

6. Intellectual Property

The RankSniper name, logo, website, and extension are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without prior written permission. Content you generate using our Service remains your property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will improve your Google ranking. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankSniper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contactranksniper@gmail.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
